We placed a mobile order for pickup in the drive thru. When we arrived at the window we were handed our drinks and instructed to pull over to the mobile order spots and our food would be brought out. After 20 minutes of waiting with no food, I called the store to find out where our food was and was told they were "slammed" and it would be out as soon as possible. By far the worst drive thru and customer service I have ever experienced at any fast food drive thru, let alone Taco Johns. The employee began taking my order with profanity. Confirmation of the order of the car next to me and wouldn’t respond when I was trying to correct her. Had to reapproach the drive up to get my order taken. Made using the card reader very difficult by refusing to extend it out the window. When I voiced my dissatisfaction, her response was not an apology....read full review
I'm a huge fan of Taco John's, however I visited the 26th and sycamore location and my burritos were cold when I got home. had to nuke them in the microwave just to eat them.
