The quality and quantity of the food is horrible anymore. Looks nothing like the pictures that are advertised. The meat and potato burrito wasn't even the size of a softshell. What a joke

Mane this taco John's is the go to, satisfied just bc I love the workers there N how fast they serve N by how patient they are with me when I'm looking at the menu like "uh uh uh" thankful obviously not the go to for health unless your a non meat eater but this place could be my top 5 fast food, this store is also not even available where I'm from. ??

I’ve been coming to this taco John’s sense I was in high school in the class of 2012 and this has been my go to TJ’s best service and food not like most other places they hold there standards higher I never have much complaints or orders being made wrong.

Once again I ordered taco johns for breakfast. Guess what!? Large potatoes oles missing. There are constantly 1 to 3 items missing every time we order. How hard is it to see the number 2 and then count 1 2? Normally I wouldn't be upset since mistakes do happen but with taco johns, it's a constant issue. Another issue is poor quality control. I've been a fan for 30 years. I won't be ordering from any Taco Johns any longer and will not recommend them to anyone. I will start ordering Simons. *by the way this is not just a recent thing. this has been going on for years.
I live close by and this is my go-to TJ's. Always friendly with quick service.

Last night 7/2 spent $60 they didn't even include 1/5th of my meal, when I called the "manager" some girl starts laughing like it's a joke. So when we finally eat and it's awful food I call today 7/3 hoping can get someone more professional. INSTEAD get another young girl who hasn't a clue, is rude and hangs up on me, she has her coworker Arianna or something like that put the phone on the counter instead of bring it to her, and the owner never called me like they were supposed to.

Unfortunately, this location no longer accepts Rah Rah coupons even though the site is clearly listed on the app. Staff and manager did not know what the app was even though I have used it at this location for over 2 years. Rah Rah needs to remove this location from its list of vendors.
