Im extremely upset & disappointed in this entire experience!! There is NO excuse for this kind of customer service. If i was the owner and had any idea this is the way managers were conducting my business, id be livid. EVERYONE working the window at the pick up tonight should be fired!! what a sh*t show!! I ordered our meals (2) steaks, 2 potatoes & 2 salads, at 5:12 and was told it would be 45 minutes. I thought that was a long time, but ok. I sat for an hour in my car waiting to get a text say my order would be ready ... well needless to say at 1 hour & 15 min. I was DONE waiting. When i got out of my car there were 4 people standing behind my car talking about DON'T order anything from here if you want to eat tonight! 1 women said she'd been waiting a half hour, another said she'd been waiting a half hour also, so I told them it's been 1 hour & 15 for me & im DONE. The take out window was full of people asking where their orders were ... so I went inside to find 2 counters packed with orders just sitting there!!! There must have been more than a dozen orders sitting there, getting COLD!! When I asked where my order was, there was 6 people going in circles & NOT one of them could tell me. Ummm we don't know ... So I asked why are ALL THESES ORDERS JUST SITTING HERE GETTING COLD?? Once again nobody knew what was going on!! Finally one kid said he'd go check if anyone had an idea as to where my order was & I thanked him. More & more people came to the window complaining about what was going on with their food. I asked to speak with a manager as I wanted my money back. Enough is enough after 1 1/2 hours & no food, no answers it's time to go elsewhere!! The service and food have become less than desirable for a good while now. Texas Roadhouse WAS our go to for a good long time at 2-3 times a month for years. There's way too many other amazing food options with great customer service that will be happy to have us!!

Very good food and quick service. Our only complaint would be that we got our appetizer, then two minutes later we got salads, and then our main entree came out, then you feel like you have to shovel it in fast and leave

My waitresss is phenomenal. My salad came out and had a bug in it. My waiter got the manager. I asked the manager what kind of bug it was and she responds “oh it’s just a bug” . Then offers to replace my salad. I tell her I can’t even stomach to eat it since she can’t tell me what kind of bug it is. It was alive and moving in my dressing. As a business owner myself I would be comping the entire meal and apologizing until I’m red in the face. She treated me like I was in the wrong and I had no words. Again i understand things happen and my waiter was great. The manager though makes this a zero star review. I’ve ate here many times and never have been treated like that.

My bride and I enjoyed another delicious meal at Texas Roadhouse! I had a 12 oz. sirloin and shrimp, she had the shrimp. We always enjoy our meals at the bar, as it saves us from 1 - 2 hour waits in line.

We had an amazing experience with Joe John as our waiter, I can’t say enough good things. We had a long wait after our reservation was “ready,” and he was so accommodating to help our group with ordering, keeping kids happy and fed, refills, making sure our tickets were correct with coupons, and was so amazingly pleasant and friendly. If every server was like him, I would go out to eat more often. He deserves a raise and a management position. All thumbs up for Joe John!
9.36 pm on a Thursday. Enjoying our meal. Paid the bill and we asked for a refill on the water. Server wearing a cowboy hat says sure and he tell us he’s gonna put it in a to-go cup even though we didn’t ask for that, he’s just signaling that we should leave. If this was past 10 I’d understand. If he said we’re closing at 10 that’s fine too but to act this was just rude. Not going back. Teach your servers some manners and that you continue to serve till 10. Morgan was great though.

I ordered a dozen rolls (cooked) and I'd assumed that they would be made fresh but, they were just taken out of a bucket that were already sitting out. A few were a bit hard so that was disappointing. But the staff was really nice and I liked the pickup area.
