Chicken is good. Had the buffet and the potatoes and gravy was good. A good selection on the salad bar but no tenders or wedges on the buffet which was disappointing. Great stop for broasted chicken in Sioux Falls.

This use to be my favorite place for lunch couple of years ago when I came to Sioux Falls a lot . I talked to Friend into coming to this restaurant. There was one waitress, who was busy At the register. We sat waiting to place our drink order for awhile. Told my friend let’s get in line for the buffet she will show up soon. We Went up to the buffet and a few pieces of chicken left and this was at 12:30 or so. What was left wasn’t looking very fresh. I asked are you having any more chicken come out? She said they’re working on it. I went back to the table, sat there for about 20 minutes. Finally, some chicken came out and not very many either. I like chicken legs and the ones that were in there look like they were sparrows. The gravy was way too salty, and the chicken was dry. I apologized to the person I was with that this place is not the way it used to be. Sadly, I probably will never come back. Lastly the waitress never came around and asked how things was very very poor customer service!

Absolutely! Hands down Best Chicken in town! Excellent Service!
We got the buffet that was offered. It was a little confusing where to start since there were plates in a few different places. Food was pretty good but I think we are spoiled by our usual chicken place. The Keg's chicken was OK but I liked the meatballs with gravy better. Service was good. She offered to refill our drinks and got us the check right when we asked for it.

Absolutely the worst customer service ever. They make a mistake and instead of the refund THEY offered all I wanted was an apology. The refused to have the responsible party take accountability and simply apologize. I ordered a 10pc and potato wedges and got an 8pc with fries. My first impression was definitely my last. It is easy to tell why the other location closed.**just noticed they also o ly gave me 2 dinner rolls instead of 4. I should have taken the refund.
