terrible costumer service. received under cooked chicken strips and when I called to tell them about it they told me someone else had ones from the same batch and there's were fine. I will never go back

I stopped by the Keg for the first time today as I had heard they had good chicken.

I ordered a dark meat meal and the chicken was very good. It had great seasoning and came out piping hot.

The sides were good as well.

I will definitely be going back.

If you haven't checked out the Keg yet, you should give it a try.

I ordered chicken strips to go but when I got home they don't look fully cooked. When I called to tell them about it they said someone at the bar was in the same drop and there's were fine so yours should be to. The breading is runny and gooey not crispy. Worst service I've ever received. Wish I could add the pictures i took. I will never eat here again and tell everyone about the issues.

Kind of a bar atmosphere when ya walk in, the chicken is GREAT! People were great. Loved seeing them interact with their regulars over lunch hour.

We went to the keg for buffet. There was 6 of us. One person didn't get the buffet. Noah was our server. I had him the last time I was there. He is not very attentive. We had to call him over to order. When we were out of water. One person asked and he only got water for that one person. Unless we called to him he just stood at the counter. The buffet was out of chicken and other food. Wasn't the best experience.

Great food but they could use some better phone customer service skills when you call in, called today and the woman that answered the phone didn't seem like she wanted to be at work. Also this isn't the first time I've dealt with that unfortunately

I have alwayed loved the Keg. I am wondering if there is new owners as quality has gone downhill. The breading is not the same and the chicken had a greasy taste.

I have had numerous problems at The Keg over the years and I just don't understand what is going on? If I owned this business I would have temporarily closed and fired all the employees and hired new ones and since it is the same people that keep making the mistakes are still working here I am assuming that they are related to the owner. First I don't think I have gotten an order that is complete, next the prices on the sides are outrageous, I ordered onion rings I believe they are close to ten dollars and got home and opened the box and I am not lying there were four yes four medium sized onion rings I did call on this and was told the order was correct and that it goes by weight not number of pieces? Now I didn't think that things could get worse next I was standing at the counter waiting for my order and a person walks in and the cashier walks up from the back and looks at the person who just walked in and didn't ask the person what there name was but they did ask me, now she has an order in her hand and walks up directly to the person that just walked in and handed them a sack and didn't even confirm the name? The person walked out and about five minutes later came back in and said this is not my order!!!! It was mine!!!! I had been waiting about fifteen minutes now I had to wait for them to remake it and I was told now it would be about another twenty five minutes! I didn't get a refund, no dessert or even offered anything to drink while I waited! Next was I believe last fall, note I have never had a problem with my debit card or my bank in over thirty years, I gave the girl my card number and everything went crazy! My phone, text, and email all went off, I found out she didn't put in the correct number and she set off a fraud alert on my account. So I was done with them for quite awhile I think we paid cash the next couple times, which brings me to Thursday August 7th, 2025, my husband decided to pick up dinner on the way home so I placed the order and figured it was early and we should not have any problems, I believe it was about four fifteen, I placed the order and decided to pay for it over the phone and I couldn't believe it, she said your card has been declined and I said I don't think so, can I speak with your manager? Becky came on and was extremely rude! and told me that they don't make mistakes it is my banks fault??? I was going to have her run it again but after she said that I decided to call my bank, and I did and I told my bank what she said and my bank said it was there fault they entered the security code wrong! I called Becky back and told her that it was her employees fault not my bank and that I would like and apology for her rudeness and she hung up on me! I am done with this place, I now know why the other location they had closed they are extremely rude, they have no experience in customer service, they cannot get a order correct and they over charge a person on certain items. Also they put cold salads in the same box as your hot items so when you get home your salad is warm. Also note in my opinion what the Keg calls potato wedges are just little potato fluffs, they are very small and are in no way real potatoes or what should be considered potato wedges, I have had the real deal elsewhere, you can also go to Culver's and get a very large basket of delicious onion rings for about eight dollars, I am sorry for the length of this message but I believe people are spending a lot of money expecting to get quality food and service and I didn't get either one, therefore customers should be notified. Thank You!

This was the second consecutive time I had the lunch buffet at Keg's, and many items on the salad bar were empty during both visits that were never replenished. I understand if it happens here and there. However, it must be a consistent issue with Keg's considering it has happened both times with the same outcome (without ever being replenished). Perhaps it's intentional considering your charging people a 3% fee for using their credit card. If you can't offset that 3% in your business operations budget, then you certainly have other out-of-control issues going on with your business. Furthermore, the cost for the lunch buffet has increased 50% in the last 4 years. Even with this increase, Keg's can't even provide a basic level of food service. Perhaps if they didn't waste all their money on remodeling the exterior (that was fine just the way it was), they would probably have money to improve their sub-par business operations. If you can't provide a basic level of service, you're not worthy of any customers.

We just stopped in to pick up a family pack to go. The service was quick and packaged with care as to have a good eating experience when we arrived at our destination. The food was delicious! When waited for our food inside the establishment it was very nice, not a very big place but pleasant if we would have stayed to eat.
