Super nice people, the gave us all the directions and were incredibly friendly. The whole thing lasted like 15 minutes. FYI, there’s parking lot that you can use that’s on the side.
Very helpful & nice staff. Came in to do my biometrics a few days earlier than my appointment since I will be out of town, they were very prompt, considerate, and understanding.

Very disrespectful security guard works here and because the first customer was not doing what they supposed to he was mad and all I request him to do was talk to me respectfully I have nothing to do with the other person he was like get out now and when you have someone at a Federal bldg doing security have them know how to deal with people respectfully
