The evening manager doesn’t listen to the order and makes the food how he wants. I asked for extra cinnamon sauce on my bread twists just like I always have before and would get it unless he was making them for me. I got a little upset with him the last time he made them and we exchanged a few words with his worse than mine and now he won’t even take my order. He does not belong in the food service industry. I’ve tried contacting upper management but get no response in return

Never had lasagna without ground beef and ricotta cheese in it. They don’t have that option. It’s either marinara sauce or meat sauce. It’s literally just the noodles with too much sauce and cheese on top. I don’t like their meat sauce. Just ordered a delivery for manicotti and like my lasagna, I like having ground beef and ricotta cheese in it, but they don’t have ricotta cheese. So I tried ordering it with cottage cheese instead, because I was told they have that. They canceled my order without giving me an actual explanation for why they couldn’t make it. Worst service ever.

Walked in & ordered to go, had a wait but was to be expected and well worth it for hot, fresh, delicious food. The Baked Lasagna with heavy meat sauce, Baked Manicotti with marinara sauce and Hamburger Pizza all have the same great taste I remember, as well as the Garlic Spirazzi Breadtwists and Cinnamon Spirazzi Breadtwists!! I didn't get their famous macaroni salad this first visit but it's a definite must try next time. There are other salad options including a house salad also. Pleasant atmosphere with some counter seating, though this new location is mainly set up for delivery and to go orders. I love that they have individual as well as the family size pastas and the option to buy just one of their breadtwists or cinnamon breadtwists in addition to the six. Although I will always miss their buffet, having their great tasting food available again is great!

It wasn't a sit down buffet like the others I had been to. The pizza had sat awhile... quite a while cause it was rubbery. The " salad bar" was a joke. Never again...

Worst pizza I’ve ever had. I grew up in Lincoln and had Val’s all the time and loved it, but won’t get it anymore from the Sioux Falls store. I swear it was made earlier in the day and reheated for my order. So disappointed. Won’t make that drive across town anymore…
Great place for pizza because they’re always fresh. The folks there are very friendly and easy to talk to. Also, their kitchen looks very clean! Overall, it’s a great place to get yourself a pizza, drink some pop and relax while watching a show at home.

Pizza tastes rancid. Most likely they use rotten ingredients due to low sales their product goes bad before they can sell/use it. Avoid at all costs unless you like the taste of rotten meat/cheese/sauce.

Above and beyond customer service and the kitchen plays good jams. I showed up a little before the suggested pick up time and they gave me a brownie for the inconvenience of having to wait what felt like maybe 5 minutes, literally my own fault but I’m not mad at this. The guy working the cash register also held the door for me as I was walking out, which is nice when you have full hands. Both pizza (half due sorelle, half Val’s) and dessert were delicious! Food quality and taste was enough to make me order again, but the customer service guarantees that this place will be a regular in the rotation.
