Food is good(When you can actually get it.) Service is absolutely abysmal. Been multiple occasions I've tried to go here during lunch and ending up having to just leave without getting food because I hadn't even gotten to the counter within half an hour. Just tried going through the drive thru tonight. After sitting in the lane for 10 minutes, they just shut off the menu board, and said they were closed. There were 3 cars already at the window getting food. Me and one other car were in the same line when we got there. They just kept us waiting at the sign until it was time to close so they didn't have to serve us. Real great way to treat your customers.

THREE times we had to go back around three times and our order was still not correct! Each time we had to re wait in line! I had called the store and the lady at the window hung up on me and said “we are busy”. I still waited each time in hopes of them getting it right! This lady was beyond disrespectful, unprofessional she was definitely making her co workers extremely stressed and overwhelmed. I would really appreciate some sort of call from management.

>15 min wait in drive thru at peak meal time, Even as the only car in drivethru and a nearly empty parking lot. They forgot all of the sauces for nuggets, super sloppily made burgers, and melted frostys from waiting so long. If you have a small window to get a bite to eat, choose elsewhere, they're always slow here.

Through door dash order.. didn't receive all of my paid for and ordered food. The kind door dasher said she'd go back and grab the missing items from our order. Wendy's most have told her that those items were the only items that we ordered. Usually Wendy's is pretty good about getting my order to me, correctly. Missing chili sauce for chilli, nuggets and fries.

Picked up my girlfriends online order at about 12:50 today and both her burgers were raw and she’s pregnant so she called and replaced her food we didn’t check it and got home and once again one of the burgers were raw
