I’m usually a die hard Wendy’s fan but the past few times this location has let me down. Today I ordered sauced nuggets and spicy ones as well. The manager said they are out of both the sauced and spicy nuggets in the most nastiest attitude as if it’s my fault there out I mean this is some bad restaurant tv show customer service. I looked around for cameras to Make sure I wasn’t being pranked or something. Anyway I settled with normal nuggets sat at my table and food was all over the floor place looked like it hasn’t been cleaned in months. Don’t bother going to this location anymore worthless manager even worse food.

I’ve never made it through this drive through in under 15 minutes, even when the place isn’t busy. Recently orders have not been right, either. After not receiving two items in my last order, I went inside to ask for them and had to wait, saw a health and safety disaster of a kitchen, and watched the manager lick his ungloved fingers before handling customer orders. I didn’t have high expectations, but that was a whole new low that will keep me from ever trying the place again.

Just Gross. Surprised they haven't been forced to close. Ran in to get a kids meal. Trash overflowing outside, place looks like it hasn't had a good clean in years. Saw enough and left. Customers passing me on the way out said they didn't even have silverware, napkins or soda in the machine.

Was very very disappointed walking in the west entrance it was very dirty ( you can tell they do not sweep or mop that entrance) after walking in the floor standing sign had rocks underneath it ( it just felt very dirty, I should have turned & walked out). I hadn’t been to Wendy’s for quite a while as I do not live in Sioux Falls The lady took my order & my husbands. Very happy & polite lady! I took my cup to fill & again very disappointed no Dr Pepper so after picking a different pop then I went to get ketchup, this was right at 11am, both dispensers were empty. Went to the counter for packets & let her know they were empty ( it’s lunch time they should have been full & ready to go) no one came out to fill them & they were not busy at all, food was ok & miss the thick fries 2/24/2025.

food was good. they forgot the toy for my sons kids meal. I see this type of fumble from almost every fast food place we get food from. by the time we get home to eat it's too late. atleast this time it was a missing toy and not missing food like its been before from other places in town.
