Breakfast sandwich was fresh but then my potatoes that were just above room temperature sat bagged waiting since it took 25 minutes from the time I paid (right when I pulled to 2nd window) until I got my food. Several cars behind me drove off and nobody was inside. It was well over a half hour or so after their open time, must be a slow day.
It was pretty efficient to order my food and have it availability ready for me upon my arrival food was good as well. Now only if McDonald's would have better chicken than Wendy's

Parking: Didn't have any issues finding a spot park to get my food
I had a lot of trouble getting the app to work for Wendy's new specials so I got a hold of store manager Amy and she made sure I was up and running and was able to place my orders and I really appreciate that. She was friendly and very understanding, If she didn't do that its very possibly be that I would no longer be a customer because I find that stuff very frustrating and not worth the trouble so Wendy Corp should pat Amy on the back for keeping another customer happy...
