I work in spearfish every other week and every time I stop at this DQ, the girl at the window sounds like shes fed up with the customer and has no time for you. If you don't like your job, find one that isn't customer service.
Well, it was a drive thru experience. First we had to repeat the order twice. Then at the window, the girl asked again what it was we had ordered. So told her, chicken strips, country gravy, salad, no tomatoes. After getting the order, had to come around again, and get a fork. Then discovered they had added tomatoes to the salad. And not sliced or small round ones. These ones were diced and took about 15 minutes to dissect out. Their cups of ranch were also half frozen, which...
Staff was busy talking to each other, didn't greet us. Floors were really dirty. Women's restroom didn't have any paper towels and were very low on toilet paper, dirty also. Men's restroom needed the handicap bars to be fastened back into place. When we told the staff, they weren't very receptive. Disappointing that people don't take pride in where they work and when it costs $6.50 for a small shake, I expect better.
