Great food, Ice cream and friendly staff. Usually during busy times customer service workers can get snappy and just want to push people along with sloppy service. It was fairly packed when I visited, but the two gals workin were cool, calm and collected. Dispute being the 1000000th costumer they probably saw, I felt really welcomed. My cobb sandwich was worth the wait, I forgot to take a picture but they look like Scooby Doo, piled nice and high. portions are great for the price.

Don't tell anyone, but they have a beer tap room in the back room. The sandwiches and ice cream are good too.

Ice cream was amazing! The first day I went there was two staff member arguing behind the counter in front of the guest. We then went a second time and one of the teeners were working and they were so friendly.

This is the coolest little place. They have great ice cream and malts. They also offer baked goodies and sandwiches, I didn't partake in those. My Milkshake made with Cinnamon ice cream and Huckleberry ice cream was amazing. They have novelty items and a great selection of different things. Definitely worth checking out!! Really friendly staff! Definitely will go back for an ice cream fix when I'm in Sturgis again!

The building is beautiful but the food is pretty stale.We ordered 4 treats that were very overpriced and they were to dry they had to be atleat a week old. Ice cream is just regular ice cream is just regular old ice cream. if you want delicious locally made ice cream drive to spearfish and go to Leones.

Amazing husband and wife, veteran owned. Ice cream in the front, bar in the back. Had a great conversation with one of the owners. He was super nice and the ice cream was amazing! Lots of other things to choose from as well. They even make sandwiches and salads! Should check it out if you have the chance.

We moved here about a month ago and came across this gem. We love it and now go there several times a week. I tend to love their milkshakes. The place is clean, employees are friendly, and it's just a neat little place. Highly recommend.

Emma's ice cream itself is a wonderful place with lots of great things but I half to say the way the owners treat their staff is sad I was a employee there and they falsely accuse me of stealing money with no proof I've worked several jobs handling money and never once had a problem but this job accused me of stealing with no proof whatsoever I felt it was discrimination because I was the first and only black girl who has worked in that building I told the owner to check the cameras and all she can say was she heard me talking smack about her but had no proof of seeing me take any money I heard all the bad stories about them but wanted to see for myself and oh boy did I 😂 the owner was so disrespectful to us I mean making us all feel like we did something wrong when really we were giving it our all she would call us name like stupid or idiots and talk to us like we were children she made a teen cry because she made a shake wrong I felt bad I heard a lot of things about them and now I see the stories are true go to that wonderful place and enjoy yourself but if you put your application in just know they will not hesitate to cuss you out or make u feel like crap know your worth and go get better
