Went through the drive up had us pole around to wait for are breakfast it took a long time before we got are food.
I'm visiting from out of the country. Asked them for EXTRA McOreos in my McFlurry and they McDELIVERED. GOD BLESS AMERICA and GOD BLESS THE STURGIS MCDONALDS

McDonald's has undergone changes, likely due to the pandemic. Prices are high, fewer workers are present, and ordering is done on a computer screen. Menu items like strawberry sundaes and salads are no longer available. Despite these setbacks, the iced coffee was tasty. The Baken Park location offers outdoor seating and a pleasant atmosphere. The restaurant is noted for being clean and has lots of parking, including handicapped spaces. While some customers appreciate the friendly staff, others have pointed out issues with the self-ordering system and customer service. A recent visit highlighted a positive experience with a staff member named Kynlee, whose friendly demeanor stood out. However, there were also reports of confusion at the drive-thru, where an employee struggled to take an order, and long waits for food, especially when ordering at the drive-thru. The place can be disorganized and slow, making it the slowest McDonald's visited across the country. One customer ordered a crispy McChicken and a double cheeseburger with Mac Sauce; the McChicken was good, but the cheeseburger was a mess, with Mac Sauce mostly on the wrapper and ketchup and mustard spilled everywhere. The flavor of the cheeseburger was not good and had a funny taste. The wait times were long, and although staff apologized, the overall experience was not positive. Despite these issues, the restaurant still maintains a clean environment and outdoor seating, making it a generally decent place to visit.
