We stopped for lunch and throughly enjoyed our entire experience! Beautiful building, great service, large portions and the barbecued food was amazing! I highly recommend the Canyon Grille!

We have been every Thursday for the last month. They did a fantastic job with this venue. Great food, drinks, service and music

The Canyon Grille | Boulder Canyon is a restaurant that offers a beautiful building and a great atmosphere with a beautiful view of the mountains overlooking the golf course. The service is described as 100% perfect, with friendly servers and an owner who goes out of his way to make guests feel welcome. The barbecued food is amazing, and the brisket nachos are absolutely top tier. The pork chops are highly recommended and delicious. The BBQ 2 meats meal with brisket, ribs, mac and cheese, and corn on the cobb is an EXCELLENT portion, with meat that melts in the mouth and ribs that fall off the bone. The crab cakes are absolutely perfect, made with real crab. The homemade BBQ sauce is scrumptious. The restaurant uses beef tallow and no seed oils, which is a great plus. The food is very good and reasonably priced, as are the drinks. There is live music at just the right volume and an excellent cocktail menu. Large portions and an overall gem.
