J.R.'s Rhodehouse BBQ PIT in Rapid City offers fantastic barbecue at reasonable prices. The brisket, pulled pork, smokehouse beans, mac and cheese, and cornbread are all highly recommended. The sauce is a big hit with customers. The pork ribs have a sweet glaze and are excellent, while the turkey breast and spicy links are also delicious. The mac and cheese and coleslaw are good sides. While some found the brisket a bit dry, overall, it's a great spot for a BBQ fix, especially for those not from the South.
