“OMG! We stopped here last Thursday and I got a cooler. The one I get is very different than what’s on the menu. Misty was working that day and what a sweetheart! Now it’s Sunday and we’re on our way home. Stopped for my cooler. Misty was working again. Told her both times that I had a complicated drink. Today as I said I had a complicated order, she said “yes, you want the (my cooler) and knew the whole order! I talked with her for a few minutes as they weren’t very busy and she said she was a supervisor and had been there only a couple of months. She has probably served hundreds of people since Thursday and for her to remember my drink was absolutely amazing! She is manager material and you need to pay her however much it takes to keep her! Makes me want to go back real soon!! I have many years of restaurant management experience and if I had a restaurant, I would TOTALLY try to steal her from that store! Thank you Misty for being so awesome! PS: I didn’t get her name, but the little gal that was working with Misty also had great customer service skills!“
