It was off-season and mainly we stopped for lunch. The cafe is like a machine and we didn't have to wait long for our food. It's a pretty basic menu, but that's part of their secret. We had the crispy chicken sandwich and the beef hot dog, both came with fries and I think a pickle. Both were good and the hot dog was pretty big. This is like a super-mega tourist attraction that's located in South Dakota near Badlands National Park and a variety of other attractions in the area. If you're in the area you pretty much have to stop here. They have everything. Whatever kind of souvenirs you can dream of, they have them. The place is huge. It was a lot of fun. An entire city block swallowed by a tourist shop. You can get turned around and lost in there, but it's worth it. The free water, 5 cent coffee, fresh doughnuts, and made ice-cream is all a fun treat. It has a functioning pharmacy as well as an OTC section if you actually need something "drug store" related. Worth a walk through. Art, candy, chapel, book store, etc. All fun to browse if you have the time to wander.
