Wall Drug Cafe

This is a neat little area that has a row of shops and spots to get your touristy Knick-knacks. It has plenty of Black Hills attire and was generally a nice visit. They have some pretty neat historic items from the old pharmacy and a Zoltar machine which if you were born after 1980 likely won't mean much, but I was excited to see that piece of nostalgia. Touristy place, but location is perfect for either before or after visiting badlands. 5c coffee Free water That's the only 2 things affordable in this place. Donuts are old fashioned dense cake conut. Fries are good. Gravy if yummy. Pies are ok. Beef and mashed potatoes are good too. Overall, nice little touristy place near badlands. Is it cheesy? Yes, but, so what! If you are looking for posh boutiques, stay away. If you want some nostalgic family fun, this is a cool stop. I'm not sure the free ice water is great. Ours had a salty taste. But, we had a nice time stretching our legs, doing some shopping, and visiting the chapel. Worth the time!
