Way too expensive for what your get imo. But steak options are limited in the area. Expect at least 100$ bill for two. 4$ cokes with no refills is insane. Service was great though and steak was tasty.
Back in 1963 we rented a place in Yankton. The memories of eating at the Black Steer on special occasions are very heart warming. Happy to see you are still the primo place in Yankton.

Upon first entering, you are encountered with two chairs with signs on the seat that read “for display only”. In my opinion, having a display only sign on a seat ruins the display value of the seat.The place for being so immensely large few people were there. If this place were even at half capacity, the very limited staff may suffer from stroke. From what I’ve seen there is only one waiter waiting on all four tables.
