Black Steer Restaurant Reviews
Great place to eat with friends or go on a romantic dinner with your partner
We loved the atmosphere and ambiance. We were a little nervous since such a low rating but the food was excellent. Best steak i have had in years. They just bring you a vat of salad dressing that you serve yourself so no need to ask for extra. The dressings are all homemade and the blue cheese is as good as reviews say. Be prepared to bring a debit card or cash there payment options are minimal. Wonderful spot.
It wasn’t just something. It was everything.

Black Steer Restaurant is a large establishment with an old-school steakhouse vibe. The atmosphere is eccentric, with mismatched light bulbs, varied fan speeds, and an unusual fireplace setup. The seating can feel weird at times, but the service is generally kind and attentive, with some staff going above and beyond. The menu is a bit sparse, but the food is surprisingly good, maintaining high standards since the 1950s. The garlic dressing and Bleu cheese salad dressing are standouts, and the barbecue ribs and ribeye steak are particularly impressive, cooked perfectly. While the prices are high, with $4 for a single Coke and no free refills, the quality of the food and the relaxing atmosphere make it a decent choice for those looking for a fine dining experience.
