I don't think I can honestly say I've had anything better than tolerable service at this location ever since it first opened.Frequently I have order issues, like forgetting to add sweetener to a drink. The biggest issue has been the cappuccino machine being broken on multiple occasions, and only informed of this after ordering and paying, only to offered a replacement drink that is nowhere near the value of what was paid for.It gets bumped up to 2 stars due to a convenient location,...read full review
