Have been going to this Subway for a few years now every time we visit Blackstrap Lake, and it is the best Subway we have ever been to. Heather is kind, caring, and the number one Subway sandwich artist in Canada!!! The subs she makes always taste amazing!!! She puts the right amount toppings and sauces for a balanced sub that tastes amazing. Thank you, Heather, for making amazing subs.

Waited for 20 minutes for the workers to stop chatting and come out from the back. Ended up leaving and going somewhere else.

My sandwich was okay but for the second time in a row, Even after I questioned her and told her about my first experience I was given the wrong cookies completely!! I keep getting the M and M's cookies when I askedfor the macadamia nut. The macadamia nut ones have the white round lumps in them, not M and M's!!

This was the worst Subway experience. I asked for spinach instead of lettuce and was given 6 leaves. I asked for black olives and clerk counted out 10 slices on my 12 inch sub. When I asked for more olives, I was told they are only allowed to give a certain amount. I buy from Subway at least once a month and this is the first time I’ve heard that. BIG waste of money.

Walked in and one person was in there. He finished his order and we waited. She approached us and said hello then when I went to order, then she walked away? She couldn’t hear us so we spoke up then she responded with nothing but rude comments and side remarks. Terrible service, Do not recommend.

Refused to serve us (3 foot long subs) as by the time we got to the front of the line they were closed. We were there before closing but with waiting in line it was closing by the time we got to the front)

We just stopped in for a quick bite to eat and there was only one lady working. She must have been manager or owner because she talked about training her employees. I am Celiac level gluten-free and she did not skip a step and I have never seen such careful consideration for my health at a Subway before! She was amazing, wiped everything down, got new tools & gloves and asked me proper questions like she actually cared. That to me means more to me than the fact we had to wait awhile due to short staffing. Thank you, thank you, thank you for caring about your customers!!

Solid little stop...We came in for some quick sandwiches on the the way to blackstrap.Service was quick and polite.. it maybe seemed like she was training a new person.She was kind and supportive.The subs were delicious and reasonably priced.My picky kids ate all their meals.I Literally could not have asked for more.
