I ordered 2 foot long subs and it took the lady 10 minutes from start to finish to make them. Prior to starting the sandwiches she organized the bread multiple times while there was a line up of people. Then in the middle of making my sandwiches she would continually leave to do random tasks that did not seem like a priority while you are making my sandwiches and when she came back wasn’t changing her gloves. Overall, super slow experience with bad customer service.

I had a very bad experience with the staff here. I placed an online order and politely asked the staff member if she could wrap my footlong separately so it would be easier to eat. She rudely declined, saying it couldn’t be done. There’s no such strict process issue — it honestly felt more like arrogance than a genuine limitation.

Customer satisfaction should matter, especially for such a simple request. This was my second order from this store in the past week, and once again the attitude was extremely rude. Interestingly, during my previous visit, a male staff member was very welcoming and professional, which shows that good service is possible here.

Sadly, experiences like this explain why this location has such poor ratings. I won’t be purchasing from this store again.

There is an older lady always working there and don't like the customer serive that she offers. She tells you what toppings your getting and will argue/cut you off when you try to tell her what you want. My friends and I go here a couple times a year when we go camping at Blackstrap and we always dread having to have her as the sandwich artist.

Have been going to this Subway for a few years now every time we visit Blackstrap Lake, and it is the best Subway we have ever been to. Heather is kind, caring, and the number one Subway sandwich artist in Canada!!! The subs she makes always taste amazing!!! She puts the right amount toppings and sauces for a balanced sub that tastes amazing. Thank you, Heather, for making amazing subs.

My sandwich was okay but for the second time in a row, Even after I questioned her and told her about my first experience I was given the wrong cookies completely!! I keep getting the M and M's cookies when I askedfor the macadamia nut. The macadamia nut ones have the white round lumps in them, not M and M's!!

This was the worst Subway experience. I asked for spinach instead of lettuce and was given 6 leaves. I asked for black olives and clerk counted out 10 slices on my 12 inch sub. When I asked for more olives, I was told they are only allowed to give a certain amount. I buy from Subway at least once a month and this is the first time I’ve heard that. BIG waste of money.

Walked in and one person was in there. He finished his order and we waited. She approached us and said hello then when I went to order, then she walked away? She couldn’t hear us so we spoke up then she responded with nothing but rude comments and side remarks. Terrible service, Do not recommend.
