We were there on a Sunday afternoon during a return trip from Regina to Saskatoon. We're wrong to assume that it was a slow time of day. They had just been slammed with a large group.
It appeared that there was only 1 server on and she was toughing it out but overwhelmed busy. We made the choice to wait, but it was a while before we received menus and longer for our order to be taken. Eventually another woman, presumably the manager, came in to help.

We shared the bacon cheeseburger, fries and side of gravy. The food was good, but honestly, it was a good quality pre-made burger with common powdered gravy mix. Good enough, but not amazing or anything! The server was alone so we waited a bit, but not her fault! The outdoor deck is GREAT!
It is a great place and wonderful atmosphere. Food was fantastic.
