i am unsure why they recently started doing 1 order at a time. and i mean this very literally. i will pull up to the mic to take my order but i will be told to wait until the car infront of me is already gone, even if they’re just getting a drink and as someone who HAS worked in fast food i can assure, this is not standard

Just came here waited in drive thru for 2 minutes not a peep from you, ended up just leaving because why am i waiting in a drive thru for nothing… worst A&W i’ve been too do better!

The burgers and poutine are always good, service was not great but not terrible.
Went here for breakfast and the woman taking our order huffed at us when I asked for it on an english muffin. She also wasn’t wearing a name tag. food was so greasy and the coffee tastes sour. I love A&W breakfast / coffee but I don’t recommend this location at all

Computer Not working was told to wait. We waited 15 minutes and not even offered a coffee. VERY RUDE woman at the cash.She had no idea what she was doing at all and I'm very surprised she is even employed there. So so so Rude. After no food and no service we got up to leave. Told her to have a good day and only got dirty looks as a reply.The Cook was friendly.Went to Chicken Chef and had an amazing breakfast.Thanks A&W for the poor service.
