Boston Pizza offers excellent customer service, handling large groups with patience and politeness. The staff, including Nichole, provides quick and friendly service, making it a great spot for special occasions like birthday parties or watching hockey games. The restaurant has ample parking and is wheelchair accessible. The food is consistently good, with delicious meals like the chicken parm with spaghetti and meat sauce, chicken club, and poutine served hot and fast. While some dishes like the half rack of ribs received mixed reviews, the chicken parm and Caesar salad were noted as perfect. Portions are generous, and the experience is usually positive, thanks to the attentive staff. It’s a fun and welcoming atmosphere for families and individuals alike, making it a recommended choice in Kindersley.
