In early August we stopped there on a Sunday at around noon. We were the only 3 people in the restaurant. Naturally the service was great, but the restaurant was also clean, including the washroom. The food was truly amazing (not yesterday's leftovers) was definitely cooked fresh. We absolutely will be stopping by if we happen to be hungry and are near Kipling!
