Best Butter Chicken in the province! After living in Dubai, UAE for 5 years, I am always in the hunt for an authentic butter chicken, which is a staple back there. It’s always a hit or miss among the restaurants in Regina until our good friends from Lang suggested we try Mary’s. And let me tell you, this thing is legit! Mary's Place Bar & Grill is a great place to dine with a nice and relaxing vibe. The ambiance adds to the overall experience. They serve Indian food, including the best Butter Chicken in the province, described as real authentic goodness. The chicken tikka is also good, especially with fresh mint chutney. A meal was well-balanced, absolutely delicious, and beautifully presented. The food offers great taste, with quality and quantity provided at reasonable prices. The 2 aloo parantha are too big to finish, served with a big container of dahi, achaar, and mazedar chaaaaaa under $20. Service is friendly, with polite owners and servers. The restrooms are well maintained. There is plenty of parking behind the Esso gas station, though RGN trailers should park across at the Co-op card lock. A must try for a casual meal.
