“Hopkins is our favourite place for date nights, and for meeting up with friends for an evening out. Linda is amazing and has such genuine passion for the history of the building and the business itself, wanting to keep Hopkins true to its roots. Her staff are wonderful, and the food is delicious. “I couldn't stop staring at the walls. It's SO Much sports memorabilia. It's a small and cozy place. However I found the bar stools to be very uncomfortable as there wasn't a foot rest. Nonetheless I'll go back if I'm in the area again. I ordered the Burger of The Week with Lager Chips (similar to kettle cooked potato chips) and a light Lager beer. Food is good but I did find the service a bit slow! I also was a bit confused on where to park.“

“Celebrated a 60th birthday party the other night at Smitty's. We had excellent service and it was very organized both in the planning stage and then during the actual party considering it was a party of 40. Staff were all friendly, efficient and courteous plus the food was great. Even though they had to stay two hours overtime, management and staff encouraged us to stay and have fun without being pressured to leave. We'd highly recommend utilizing Smitty's glassed in area for a private party. We'll definitely be partying there again in the future!“
