Tim Hortons Reviews
Went in yesterday at 11:30 a.m. for brekky. Chose a table. Hung my coat on the back of a chair. Table in centre of restaurant as it was - 20 C outside. Got my meal and sat down. Had to put my coat back on. May as well have went and sat outside. Checked the fireplace. Setting - just show And NO heat. So left. Warmer in my vehicle.

Tim Hortons is a popular restaurant known for its fast service and friendly staff. The reviews highlight the cozy atmosphere, with a nice fireplace adding to the overall ambiance. While the bagels are sometimes described as dry, the BLT is praised as an amazing menu item. Customers have noticed a gradual increase in prices, leading some to visit the restaurant less frequently. The restaurant is conveniently located just off the Number 1 Highway with excellent on-road parking for tractor trailers. The food is excellent and reasonably priced, with new items introduced every year that customers enjoy. The staff are friendly and courteous, greeting customers with a smile even during busy times with a continuous Drive Through and inside lineup. The service is especially appreciated by night shift workers and truck drivers, who find the employees humble, polite, and consistent in providing fresh meals, coffee, and light snacks like tea. The supervisor, Simran, is consistently praised for her great customer service, always friendly, professional, and positive, which enhances the customer experience. The restaurant can feel crowded at times with tables placed closely together, but staff work hard to serve quickly and politely. The flatbread pizzas are also mentioned as being amazing, although some customers have noticed a reduction in donut choices. Overall, the restaurant has a more restaurant-like feel rather than a cozy coffee and donut spot. Wheelchair accessibility is easy to get in, but the limited space between tables can make maneuvering a wheelchair a bit challenging.
