“I visited this Subway location for the first time last night, just a few minutes before closing. One of my friends was in the washroom, and I wasn’t familiar with the ordering process. Despite it being only three minutes to closing time, the staff member was extremely calm, patient, and professional. He took the time to explain all the meat options to us without any sign of rushing.

It was truly impressive to see someone prioritize customer service, even at the end of a long shift. He is one of the nicest and most dedicated employees I have ever encountered in any store. I sincerely appreciate his outstanding service.“
