“I stopped in for lunch and saw they had the new Arch Burger. I was told it had a sauce similar to Big Mac sauce, I was hoping for something with some heat. I ask the man at the till if I could have the habanero sauce from their spicy chicken instead of the Arch Sauce. He said he wasn’t sure and was clicking the keys on his terminal so many times I thought maybe he was writing a review of me asking for weird stuff. He eventually said yes but I’ll have to pay $1 extra for a small container of chicken nugget sauce. I said yes, no problem.
I got the burger and I was shocked, it looked just like one you might see on TV or in a magazine. It was nice a warm and freshly made, since it was mid afternoon there was not much of a crowd at the time. The seating was very clean as well as the bathrooms which I used as well. In the past I have also ordered a Big Mac the same way and it was also good. This burger was bigger than a Big Mac as I believe they use two quarter pound patties and not the smaller one that are used in the Big Mac. I have ordered it a few times now. One with the habanero sauce and one without. Definitely if you like a bit of heat in your burger order it with the habanero sauce, you won’t regret it. I would have to say it is the most filling burger since the Big Grand Mac that did not help it taste any different than the old tried and true Big Mac. The Big Arch is different and worth trying.”

“Tables so close together that you feel like you are a packed can of sardines. The lines up at times is so intermixed with customers.that you feel you should eat quickly and leave. But the staff try so hard to get each person served quickly and very polite.

Parking: The flatbread pizzas are amazing. Why has the donuts choices been reduced. It feels more like a restaurant then a comfortable coffee and donut sitting

Wheelchair accessibility: Easy to get in but due to tables so close it is very difficult to work a wheel chair up to tables due to limited space”

“We were in Streets on April 27 for supper. We went into lounge, about half full. Our server, before we even ordered told us the kitchen was short staffed and meals were going to be about a 45 minute wait. When we got our drinks we put our supper order in. We were from out of town and took a cab to get there so we could enjoy a few drinks. An hour later we got our meal. We had chicken and ribs which the ribs were excellent, chicken was cold and potatoes subpar. Also had chicken rice bowl, it was hot, swimming in sauce, a lot of carrots in it and the cold cucumbers were soft from sitting under the lights. When we paid we told the server our complaints but also thanked her for telling us right off the start it was going to be a wait. We still left her a good tip as she was on the ball making sure we had our drinks full and everything was OK. I will go back as a small business owner I know it's tough to get staff to help you run things the way you want.”
