The food is so good. I have ate there a lot and haven't had anything that i didn't like.
I love, love their cream of chicken soup. Their cheeseburger, loaded bacon cheese dog, cheeseburger poutine are the best. But their pancakes are so big and thick and fluffy. They are so so good. And the owners and the staff are some of the best around! Highly, highly recommend!
I have not been everywhere, but R&S is quite likely the best value food anywhere along the Trans Canada Highway. I had breakfast. Big pancakes, potatoes not from a factory, quite decent coffee and great pie. My next visit I will try one of their fifty different burgers.
Place is a tad bit cluttered BUT great food, great service, and great prices!!
Very good food where the burgers and fries harken back to a greasy spoon in all the best ways. Come here for the meal and the unique trinkets. Keep the drinks basic though.

Limited menu but good food at reasonable prices. Lots of creative burgers and poutines. Massive classic breakfasts that don’t break the bank. Breakfasts are available all day. Super soups and even liver and onions. Well worth the stop. The decor is old funky diner and the kitchen fans don’t quite clear the air but the food is great and the staff are amazing.

Stopped in on the last leg of a roadtrip before heading home. Stopped in and had the 2 eggs, ham and toast meal (can't remember the name of it) but it was worth it! Everything was cooked the way I ordered, not greasy. Oh and love the retro atmosphere and will be back many times for a burger or poutine(or whatever catches my eye) and everything is reasonably priced and you get lots when you order. You won't be disappointed if you order something and highly recommend stopping in
