“After a disappointing experience at the first Subway in Moose Jaw, I tried the other location. Even though I arrived just ten minutes before closing, the staff welcomed me warmly. My sub was fresh and made exactly how I like it.

The restaurant was clean and peaceful, with spotless dining and restroom areas. Customer service was excellent, professional, and attentive, even handling a difficult customer calmly. They truly deserve recognition.

Overall, a friendly, professional experience with a delicious sub. I will definitely return.”

“We were in Streets on April 27 for supper. We went into lounge, about half full. Our server, before we even ordered told us the kitchen was short staffed and meals were going to be about a 45 minute wait. When we got our drinks we put our supper order in. We were from out of town and took a cab to get there so we could enjoy a few drinks. An hour later we got our meal. We had chicken and ribs which the ribs were excellent, chicken was cold and potatoes subpar. Also had chicken rice bowl, it was hot, swimming in sauce, a lot of carrots in it and the cold cucumbers were soft from sitting under the lights. When we paid we told the server our complaints but also thanked her for telling us right off the start it was going to be a wait. We still left her a good tip as she was on the ball making sure we had our drinks full and everything was OK. I will go back as a small business owner I know it's tough to get staff to help you run things the way you want.”
