“The Flats has quickly become one of my favourite spots in Regina. From the moment you walk in, you can feel the welcoming atmosphere and genuine hospitality. Milan and the entire team go above and beyond to make everyone feel comfortable, appreciated, and taken care of. The food is consistently delicious, the menu has something for everyone, and the overall vibe makes it a great place to relax with family or friends. You can tell there’s real pride and heart behind this business, and it shows in every detail. It’s refreshing to support a local place where great service and quality still truly matter. “Check out Streats for healthy fast food. They have vegan and gluten free options and the staff are so friendly and kept checking in on us. They also offer unlimited fries! I don't usually write recommendations, but this place deserves a review! Highly recommend!“

Friendly staff , meat tasted great . You put yourself the main condiments on yourself . Some extra for the upgraded stuff ( mushrooms for instance ) . Clean , I will return . Affordable !“

“Red is amazing. He is so friendly and gave us a good service. Shamyre, Philip and Noel was also helpful and friendly. Will definitely come back to this branch. Everyone is so cheerful and nice. Food is Hot and fresh. Restaurant is clean. Definitely deserves the 5 star.“

“I ordered a Cake online with very specific requirements such as gluten free and outrageous Reese blizzard. The Cake that we received was amazing. The best DQ Cake we’ve had by far. Thanks for going above and beyond to make us a special and delicious cake.“
“Amazing food. Not too greasy, they deliver gravy separate on a poutine so it doesn’t get soggy. And both times I’ve ordered I’ve gotten cute hand written notes showing appreciation. There really isn’t enough great customer service like that anymore. 10/10“

“Watch for cross contamination in ice cream...nut free ice cream is no longer nut free at this dairy queen! Grandson has been eating same bluzzard for years and 2 times in the last week got an allergy! Staff are not careful!“

“A little too noisy for me. I was brought up that children were seen and not heard. We kept the volume down also. It's a restaurant, not a playground.
Parking: It's very courteous parking. People are very contientous and they drive slow for children and adults with disabilities.
Wheelchair accessibility: No complaints. Nice heavy door which makes it more difficult for children to open and run out into the street.
Dietary restrictions: There is a good selection of soft drinks.It's too bad they took away the napkins. Not all of us are hogs. Some of us just take what we need. Also I am a very clean person and Dairy queen is always very clean!☆☆☆“
