Our service was really bad. The two of us went on a Sunday with no one in the restaurant we got there at 4, waited over half an hour to get seated. Then we waited until 5 for someone to come to us which made us miss all the happy hours deals. Our food was missing items and we didn't get checked on, we decided to just get what we had to go and get out
We arrived around 1 in the afternoon, and the place only had two other tables of people. Service was fast & friendly. The washroom had two automated hand towel despensers but neither working.
I ordered a grilled chicken ceasar salad when it arrived it looked good but sadly lacked flavor. My partner said the chicken sandwich reminded him of a frozen breaded cutlet. It didn't taste fresh. Plus, the fries were not cooked right (light colored), no flavor...

Very hit and miss. The first time was on par with other boston pizza locations.
The second time they had no butter ? Only garlic butter ? Very weird. When we asked another location they said that was silly and they definitely have to have regular butter available.
Then they had no dairy free cheese.
The nachos were burnt , and the salad was not very fresh.
