hi there today is June 1st 2021 I travel from Saskatoon to PA for work. and I usually always pick up a pizza from different places as I travel. Today I tried Crown pizza, 1112 Central Avenue. I must compliment the owner friendly staff to deal with the pizza I've got to give it pretty much a four out of five solid stars, crust is light and crispy and it tastes like something freshly baked not soggy. The sauce just got the right amount of spice in it, little hint of sweetness...
Pros:- Service is good and staff is friendly.- Timely preparation. (You can expect a pickup order to be done quickly)- Prices are pretty similar to other places in the city.- Crust is the right balance of chewy and soft.Cons:- Not much meat is put on the pizza when compared to other places in the city. Meat lovers beware.- The overall pizza is a little dry.Other:- Veggies are a bit on the under cooked side, not bad if you're into that sort of thing.- The sauce is sweet and...
If you ever want to feel like you're welcome in an establishment I'd recommend Crown Pizza. Friendly staff, fresh food as you order. Sure you got to wait, but that's the best part knowing you have something hot fresh n prepped right then. Pepperoni with bacon, crown special, and a deluxe pizza. They were mmmm. Made me a happy pregnant lady that's for sure lol. Would go again :)
