Food was amazing, we had a small problem with the way my stake was cooked so I got a whole new plate with no charge and the manager insisted that our appetizer was on the house. The manager made sure we enjoyed our meal and was very polite! Mr Mikes is now my new favourite restaurant
Always friendly service here , unfortunately we were disappointed with the meal preparation. Appetizer was fine then the meal came . Steak was ok , brussel sprouts were crispy , carrots were hard ,mushrooms were burnt. Mashed potatoes yuck. Also meal was luke warm.That was for both steak meals. Daughter ordered seafeast fettuccine and she barely touched it. Said it tasted weird. Then to top it off was charged extra for salad and soup that came with the meal.

They're hit and miss, I've had Excellent service before and also extremely bad. Food is good overall service is dependent on which server you get. But definitely worth a shot.
