I ordered through skip - vietnamese fried pork with rice. Instead I got Chinese pork stirfry.
I called to let them know I got the wrong food. Lady who picked up the call tried to convince me I got the fried porkchop I ordered when what I received was not even porkchop. after a few back and forth, a man answered and said the porkchop wasnt available and offered an alternative. I didnt want anything else on the menu so he offered a refund.
Please dont make it seem like your customers are stupid. We know what we ordered. so just be honest that you dont have what we ordered instead of insisting it is what it isnt. Thank you to the gentleman who was honest.

Came here for a late lunch. Got seated immediately. I went with the Special Vermicelli for $14.99. It came within 10 minutes, hot and fresh. Everything tasted very good, I did ask for no spouts,No shrimp and a side of sweet and sour sauce, which I didn’t get. The bowl was very good tasting, although some bites were a little salty for me. The only vegetable was the lettuce, which I had hoped had cucumber and julienne carrots. Only got 1 spring roll, and it was just a standard spring roll. The meat to noodle ratio was on par and the vermicelli noodles were some of the best I’ve had; no clumpy and pasty, just perfect. The portion size was perfect as well.
My server refilled my water several times, was super friendly and the restaurant was so clean and inviting. Upon leaving I asked for a to go box with no issues, and she even provided me with a bag, which was a nice touch. The last time I was in here, 2 big dogs came from the kitchen, so I was turned off but wanted to try their noodle bowl. The noodle bowl was a bit different than traditional, and it almost had a teriyaki flavour to it, and like I said, more fresh vegetables would have improved this, and maybe their other noodle bowls have that, this one just didn’t. If you’re looking for big portions, great taste at an affordable price, I highly recommend checking this out.

I went to order from Spicey Peppercorn web site. I ordered dinner for 2 for 19.99 but they called saying the online menu should of said dinner for not 1so I cancelled my order and they said go onto their website to get my money back but there was no where to get a refund back. I went there and they wouldn't refund my money so I got a name and number of the business that did up the website who is supposed to refund me but after 3 phone calls with 3 messages to contact me and a text no one got back to me. Customer service is sub par at best. I was so stressed over the whole deal I said to just keep my money. CUSTOMER BEWARE.

It was very loud.
Unorganized and confusing
Arrived at 6 pm
Noisy child, of owner screaming that was in the restaurant.
The food arrived in stages that was lukewarm and hard to eat
And when we co.plained the server was loud and very upset with us.
Before we paid and left, we were offered that the food to be microwaved.
This is NOT a restaurant I will ever return to again..
Other options: try another Chinese Restaurant in Prince Albert, buy pre made food or prepare and cook at home .

My boyfriend and I ordered food, I got curry chicken… it was supposed to be mild and it ended up being so spicy I could hardly eat it. The whole dish was onions chicken and peppers with two carrots in the whole thing. Worst curry chicken I’ve ever had. My boyfriend ordered a platter … and the ribs were so dry. The whole platter was over deep fried. I’ll never go back.

The wonton soup was great. The small bowl was more than enough for one.

The best vermicelli bowls and spring rolls in Prince Albert. Lots of meat in the bowls and flavour. Have always had a great experience.

This was by far the worst meal I have had in any Chinese restaurant. I went because it's next door to the hotel I was stopping in, do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

I don’t love to leave a very poor review but we thought this place was bad. We both got vermicelli bowls and ended up throwing out our food which was disappointing. Would recommend avoiding this place.

Very rude lady at front desk. Got our order wrong multiple times and when we tried to address it they kept hanging up on us. Do not recommend.
