No napkins in my drive through order again. This happens quite regularly and if i do get them they are scrunched and so is the bag. It looks sloppy and always makes me wonder about how my order is handled when it is being prepared. I know it can be busy but this happens when it is not also.
I feel so sorry for these guys. The staff try to do well, but they have to pretty much shut down the dining room and washroom (key access) because of the many vagrants who pretty much occupy the parking lot. There's another location in PA, and though I didn't visit it, it might be a better stop to sit down, use the washroom etc.
