Please remember that coffee is very hot and sometimes lids aren’t on
I got a large coffee from here yesterday and when I took the lid off of it to drink it someone had already unrolled the rim. Pissed me off. So i wondered if I got a used cup. Gross.
They can never seem to get your order right at this location and there’s nothing more disappointing when you’re already home and find out they gave you the wrong drink.

However, one employee, Pawie, has been consistently rude and has even started double-charging for a regular drink, leading to an unpleasant interaction. Despite this, Tim Hortons generally provides a positive dining experience for its customers.
