We are staying at the Delta and decided to try this restaurant for dinner last night. The bison ribeye was mainly good... Except that I had ordered it medium rare and it was very rare, almost blue in the middle. The lobster butter was served rock hard and cold sitting on top of the ribeye. The meal was mainly good, but for the price it definitely could have been better. The service was not the greatest. The restaurant was empty and the waiter was initially quick to take our orders,...
I believe the to-go area is part of the restaurant (which I didn't know at the time) but according to their hours I must have gone just after they closed. Keizen was very kind and still took my order free of charge saying the coffee was to be discarded at that time anyways. Amazing customer service ? thank you so much!
Dells (our waitress) was so helpful and attentive. My group of 7 women and all of us from out of town and not staying at the hotel enjoyed ourselves.
