Got the 2 for $6.50 snack wraps, got over charged and when I pointed it out they just gave a look like they don’t plan on doing anything about it which they never. That was the worst customer service I’ve see ever. Stuffs expensive enough but for them to knowingly lie to me about the prices when they are listed is ridiculous. Lady told me the chipotle ones were 2 for $7.50 because they were too lazy to change it. I don’t care about the money but to lie to my face was insulting.

Service here is amazing. It's clean spotless. Ordered a chubby chiken and when I waited 30 minutes to ask them where it was it came out in just 5 minutes, AND they where so kind tk give me some free stuff

A&W on Albert St. in Regina is the best! I compared it to all places in Regina and even in Banff and Canmore. In the last two the staff was rude, the places were dirty and we didn't feel welcomed. In other places in Regina it was normal but on Albert St the personal is always kind and the environment happy and clean! Please stay always the same!❤️

Stopped by at breakfast time. The seniors have fully embraced this location in the mornings. Almost all of the tables were filled.
I really like the coupons they send out. Great value. I had the bacon and egg special. Excellent presentation and taste. Good job staff

Wanted to get the advertised the free Halloween kids pack for our little trick or treater, got here and they said it ended at 7pm... We got here at 7:15 and no where online or on their menu does it say it ends at 7pm. Aside from that the onions rings were undercooked, and the chicken burger was cold. Tables are sticky from whatever "cleaner" they are using.
Spend your money elsewhere. This place isn't worth it.
