We worked with this location to provide a booster juice day for school. Communication was great. At pickup, everything was on time, extremely organized and accurate. Looking forward to working with the location again on a school order!

Went in at 7am when they open, paid for my booster juice and then they tell me it would not be ready for at least 10-15 minutes because they needed to clean… shouldn’t that already be done prior to opening so they can serve customers??

The employees do not wear gloves and they rarely wash their hands. They touch money, the counter tops and anything else but leave from the cash register straight to the fridge without washing their hands. This is dangerous to people's health.

Ordered my son a strawberry sunshine smoothie- the person taking the order heard a different type of smoothie and made it. When I mentioned she made the wrong smoothie- she tells me I’m wrong and ordered what ever type of smoothie she thought. My son is quite picky so I bought a third one. Who argues with the customer like that? I’ll never step foot in there again

Waited in line for a long time and wasn’t even acknowledged by the staff. When 15 minutes went by without even a “hello” or “I’ll be right with you” both myself and other customers in line left. There was only a couple people in there also. Not sure what was going on!

The worst experience I ever had at booster juice, i have visited there for fresh carrot juice on monday and the person tell me that they don't have carrots, imagine its Monday, start of week and they couldn't give me juice.

Wouldn’t make the smoothie how I wanted it because it “changes the flavour.” Yeah obviously adding protein to a smaller drink changes the flavour. Who cares? I’ll pay for the protein and I like the flavour change. Refused to make it despite every other location I’ve been to making it how I would like it. Stupid way to lose business
