The staff are always friendly to customers. They slightly messed up my drive thru order. we ordered the chocolate oreo milkshake but just received the vanilla base oreo milkshake. Nothing wrong with the quality. I could have asked for a new one but I am not confrontational and know how hard service workers work.
The lady working the drive-thru on September 13th, 2024, was incredibly nice to deal with. Even though we were dining in, she made the effort to leave the window to get us napkins and ketchup when the other staff were nowhere to be found.
The staff are kind and try their best to be fast and expedite a 'quality fast food experience.' I have a favorite staff member at this location, and it is nice when you can get to know the staff well, ocationally having your order ready or asking for my favorite items from the menu.
