Burger King in Regina

“This is the best Burger King I’ve ever been to in my entire life. First of all it starts with the burgers they’re not overcooked and they’re not dry. They’re perfectly cooked the lettuce tomatoes are fresh are never so soggy. It’s the best burgers I’ve ever had from a Burger King across this country and management is a Spanish sounding last name. She’s very good. She’s so polite and Great atmosphere.“

“I had a really great experience thanks to a man named Van. When no one else was at the counter, Van stepped in and helped me with my order right away. He was extremely helpful, friendly, and welcoming from the moment he assisted me. You could tell that he genuinely cared about making sure I had a good experience.

I also had the chance to see Van prepare the food I ordered himself and carefully pack everything up for me. He was very attentive and made sure everything was done properly rather than just rushing through the order. His attitude and work ethic really stood out to me. It’s not every day that you come across someone who is this friendly, hardworking, and willing to go the extra mile for a customer.

Van honestly made the whole experience much better. He deserves a lot of recognition for the way he treats customers and takes pride in his work. If every employee provided service like Van, I think more people would leave feeling happy and appreciated. I would definitely come back again, and I’d especially be happy to see Van working next time. Great job, Van!“

“Stopped in for a special treat for the little one recently. Have not been inside a BK in a long time time. It was a very nice surprise to see how clean and tidy this particular one was. We also really enjoyed the automated ordering option. Food was as expected for BK and hit the spot. The only down side was they got one of our burger orders wrong. Would still go back tho.“

“Waited over 10 minutes just to order the manager Pam just kept looking at me but not helping at all. After getting my order placed I waited 25 minutes for two whopper meals had to eat them at work because the service was so slow and terrible. And they didn’t follow my order as o requested super understaffed and not trained correctly will not be coming to this Burger King again go to the Albert st one“

“The staff are always friendly to customers. They slightly messed up my drive thru order. we ordered the chocolate oreo milkshake but just received the vanilla base oreo milkshake. Nothing wrong with the quality. I could have asked for a new one but I am not confrontational and know how hard service workers work.“

“When I was there with my friends, there was a employee that was really chill and funny and was around in his teens or was a adult couldn't tell but he was making us have a good time there, his name was Nico and the food was rlly 👍🏻“

“We stopped in at this BK on our way home. The food was typical BK (still my favorite of that major chains). However, the young lady who was working at the window was outstanding. I didn't see her name but she efficient, polite, and friendly! So refreshing!“
