Cafe Francais might just be the best cafe in Regina. The service is excellent and the entire menu is delicious. I can’t recommend the tiramisu latte enough, it was incredible. The food is clearly high quality too, and the farm fresh eggs make a huge difference. Highly recommend stopping in if you want amazing coffee and food.

If you are looking for an amazing croissant this place has them - and they also make an excellent eggs Benedict served on a croissant with the most amazing house made hollandaise and a perfectly poached egg. The lattes are always amazing. My only complaint is the tables are quite small but the food more than makes up for it. It’s a bit pricier but the food is well worth the cost.
