We ordered uber eats from caraway grill and we order two dishes twice after placing order right after we cancel and change dish then order again uber eats charge us twice the money and we called uber eats they said they pay to caraway grill money already and uber eats refund that they charge us but we called caraway grill so many times they didn’t refund neither give us food that they already charged money twice so that is ridiculous.

Very low quality food, everything is just super small quantity , the bowls are just almost filled with empty gravy, very very disappointing, would not recommend to anyone

I recently ordered Chicken Tikka Masala for takeout, and unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. The chicken was burnt and had a strong burnt/ash taste, making the dish unpleasant to eat. As this was my first time ordering from your restaurant, I was expecting better quality.

Very good food and service. We ordered 6 different dishes and they were all wonderful. Very tasty, none overly spicy hot, though you can request it to have more kick if you prefer. Great experience!

The food was amazing! The buttermilk was the best I’ve ever had — such a small thing, but it really stood out to me. The Manchurian was soft and delicious 😋. The shots and other drinks were great too. Highly recommend this place!

Hats off to Kreena who was manning the restaurant herself when I came in the evening for a take out. She was the only one handling customers that were seated, the delivery guys that came for their orders and regular customers that came for their takeouts. She was running between all of us and the kitchen simultaneously while being very courteous and professional. She definitely needs a raise for what I saw tonight.
The madras chicken is always flavourful whenever we order it from this east location. It’s a favourite in our household but unfortunately this time the quantity of protein was not reflective of the price we paid.

We had a memorable Diwali celebration at this wonderful restaurant. Food, service and ambience were top-notched. From starters till dessert everything tasted great and just perfect amount of spices.

Today, on the special occasion of Diwali, we friends went to Caraway Grill East for dinner. The ambiance was lovely, and we received a warm welcome from the owner. The service was top-notch, and the food — in terms of quality, quantity, and taste — was among the best in town.
The staff were all very professional and polite. I highly recommend this place to anyone who loves good food. The Manchurian, Paneer Tikka, and Dal Tadka were especially delicious!

To start, I love Caraway Grill. I've eaten there for years and used to love the flavor and quantity of food. We ordered takeout today and I was very disappointed by the amount of shrinkflation that's occuring now. We spent over $80 on food and barely fed 4 people, when the same order would have fed us for three full meals before.
Half the volume of butter chicken and chicken Manchurian with about 6 small pieces of chicken in each. The lamb biryani tasted great but also had maybe 4-5 pieces hidden in a pile of rice. This is not enough protein for the cost of food.
With so many options for Indian food in Regina, I would strongly request you reconsider how much food your sending out. I will be taking a break from ordering through Caraway.
