I had an absolutely amazing meal at Coba bistro As a huge fan of noodle bowls, I can confidently say this place serves some of the best I’ve ever had. I ordered the crispy pork noodle bowl, and it was perfection—the pork was incredibly crispy yet tender inside, and the combination of fresh herbs, pickled veggies, and fried shallots made every bite so flavorful. The portion was generous, and the sauce tied everything together beautifully.

Cô Ba Bistro is a charming, easily accessible restaurant. They were wonderfully accommodating of my preferences, allergies, and dietary needs, even going beyond the menu to make something I’ve always wanted to try—bao with tofu! We ordered the chicken sate noodle bowl and the spicy tofu noodle bowl. Every dish was delicious, and the prices are reasonable, with an average of $20–30 per person (all in). We will be returning!
