Sat Dec 14th 2pm the lady working the front was extremely friendly, polite, and over all amazing. She brought out our milkshakes and food and even came back to check on us. Best service I’ve had anywhere in a long time.

One of the first places to do a proper poutine (that I knew of). Been there many a time always been good. Miss the cheesesteak poutine.
Stone cold food, no where near as ordered . Staff that don’t care and make excuses. Watched kitchen worker toss food. Took an hour to get remade food that was just as horrible as the initial order. Had to throw food into garbage it was that bad. The staff seem to think it’s a joke to do their jobs. Will never go back
