“The Cleanest and most friendly restaurant in Tisdale. They are just amazing people and go extra mile to make sure you get best service! We stopped there for lunch and the staff was more than happy to help us . The manger came twice to ask how the experience was and our server told us the coffee is free to refill and made sure we had water as we were leaving for regina in the evening. It felt awesome how caring these people were.“

“I just wanted to come on here and rave about this Dairy Queen. I had ordered a blizzard and realized after getting home and eating some of it that it in fact did not have fudge in it. I didn’t have the energy to drive back and ask for refund etc. instead I let them know I was sad this happened but understood. Well this kind business sent me a voucher. I never thought I’d hear back nor was it the end of the world for me. But I just wanna say how awesome it is for them to read the info left for them from customers. So word of advice if you’re nice and patient they really do fix things. So thanks so much for being awesome! Definitely will keep coming back.“

They always prepare their food with care, are hygienic, and friendly, and consistently provide us with the utmost satisfaction. I'm also impressed by the reasonable prices. Service was quick and staff were very attentive to customers. My milkshake was perfect, flavour and texture perfect.
I would recommend it to anyone in the mall as it has not only milkshakes and ice cream, but also hot offerings, including one of my favourites hotdogs.“

“The cake maker, Olga, made a custom cake for me and she was very kind, listened to all my requests, and showed me colour options on other existing cakes. She absolutely went above and beyond on the design. I asked for one of the designs on the Dairy Queen website and she gave it so much more life. And it tasted great! Absolutely perfect, I couldn’t be happier. Thank you so much, Olga.“

“A little too noisy for me. I was brought up that children were seen and not heard. We kept the volume down also. It's a restaurant, not a playground.

Parking: It's very courteous parking. People are very contientous and they drive slow for children and adults with disabilities.

Wheelchair accessibility: No complaints. Nice heavy door which makes it more difficult for children to open and run out into the street.

Dietary restrictions: There is a good selection of soft drinks.It's too bad they took away the napkins. Not all of us are hogs. Some of us just take what we need. Also I am a very clean person and Dairy queen is always very clean!☆☆☆“

“One of my favourite places for chicken burgers, flame thrower sauce and fries. This restaurant has great staff and sunshine where I love to hang out. The food is absolutely delicious and staff offers excellent customer services. I would go back repeatedly as it’s one of my favourite places for burgers in North Regina“

“Just wanted to say I messed up my own order and asked if it could be corrected at the window.
The ice cream was already made but they had no problem fixing it for me at all, and even gifted the extra ice cream.
Small gestures matter and my partner and I really appreciated the act of kindness.
