The cake maker, Olga, made a custom cake for me and she was very kind, listened to all my requests, and showed me colour options on other existing cakes. She absolutely went above and beyond on the design. I asked for one of the designs on the Dairy Queen website and she gave it so much more life. And it tasted great! Absolutely perfect, I couldn’t be happier. Thank you so much, Olga.

Yesterday we visited DQ and before heading there we checked it was showing open till 10 PM.. we reached at 9:45 but they denied entry and said we are closing door you can come in drive through. We went through drive through and ordered one basket of onion ring and one basket of fries but when we took that order and went home we found that baskets was only 1/4 full only and rest 3/4 boxes was empty.... It was purely cheating they charger for basek and quantity was for mini order size.... Do not recommend this place....

Always pleased with the service I get at this DQ. Over the course of a year I have yet to have any issues at all with this location. The food is always great, employees are always happy to see you and not to mention you order your food and are out the door within 5-7 minutes every single time.

My sister and I wanted a quick bite to eat so went through the drive-through May 15/25 approximately 8PM. The burgers and onion rings were awful - tasted like sawdust. The fellow working the till (drive through) was snippy and quite rude. I will not be back.

They will make your order ahead of time and put it in the freezer so it's rock hard with all the toppings by the time you get to it.

Well, not a free ice-cream cone day at this location. Their app crashed and even though we showed them the problem, they won't just give away what was promised. False advertising!!! It wasn't just us, it happened to multiple families. Disappointed kids were leaving the store one after another. All of them heading to McDonald's. If this was a McDonald's promo, I bet they'll hold up to what they promise. Specially when its their app that crashed.

today i was served the cheapest wrap i have ever seen. the chicken finger is legit the size of my finger and there is next to no cheese in the wrap. i order these quite often so i know they are usually small but never are they like this.
Got a blizzard that was previously frozen, took it to the counter and told them it was hard and they went behind the wall and reblended it and treated me like I was the bad guy. Terrible customer service. Terrible blizzard.
