Got a blizzard that was previously frozen, took it to the counter and told them it was hard and they went behind the wall and reblended it and treated me like I was the bad guy. Terrible customer service. Terrible blizzard.

If I could give them 0 stars I would but that's not possible so I give them a 1. I heard about the .50 cents ice cream from a friend on Sunday, so I walked there and when I arrived, I asked for the wifi password since it was locked. The guy working said they don't have wifi but on their website it says wifi available, but anyways I left and walked towards coop to try and get wifi. Then I pressed on the deal on the app and it said I had 15 minutes to retrieve it. Then I went back to the store and showed the same guy my code and he said he needed the barcode. But I had the number code and asked if he could just type it in which the app said they could do. He said no. So I had to walk back outside to use the wifi again to see if I could get the barcode which I could not. I walked back and forth at least 3 times and at the end of it all, my 15mins code expired. So I just wasted my time and energy going there for nothing. I feel I should have complained in person to the manager but its too late now. All in all, I will not be going back and will encourage my family and friends to do the same.

The staff at DQ in Harbour Landing were so friendly. Initially they forgot to add my chicken strips to my order. When I drove back there to let them know, they went above and beyond to complete my order. I didn’t have a receipt but showed them my online banking amount that I paid. They even gave me fresh onion rings that I had ordered and received. So appreciative!

Ordered a small chocolate dip cone. It was too small also not in proper texture. To double check i ordered another one it was perfect in both size and texture. Upon asking to front employee they mentioned we weigh our all icr cream products before giving out. This was not my first time in DQ having ice cream,but this is unacceptable. Need to improve their standards

I would not recommend this location. I went through the drive through and ordered a 6 piece chicken strip basket. I was disappointed upon opening the box to see it mostly empty. I ended up driving back to the location. They were very kind and remade my food but again the box was mostly empty which was disappointing. This is not what except for nearly 14$.

Having more and more troubles with order accuracy at the Gordon road. Today ordered 4 burgers and a basket of fries. Was charged for 4 burgers and a basket of fries, yet no fries were present in my bag.
Please donot go to DQ gordon road. They are very bad while handing customer queries and they will never support if you have any issue in any of the product. The staff is also not supportive including managers. Yesterday I bought cake in CAD 39$ and kept in freezer and it's melt when I opened box for cutting. I went to them and they said, they can't help even outside temprature was -18 and they told to throw in dustbin and buy new one so they get more business and I can loose more money. Even they have not offered any discount and I lost CAD 39$ and precious time during birthday celebration as I have go out to another shop to buy another cake. Staff is not supportive and they sell very chep product so please don't buy from them, there are lots of option in Regina apart from DQ.
