We were a group of 8 people - several being vegetarian. There were several options for them to choose from. Of the 8 ppl - 7 had never been to Earl's before and all said they would return again with their families. We did find the music too loud and it made conversation difficult. Perhaps at lunch the music could be lowered and cranked up during happy hour, then lowered again for dinner! This is something we find as an issue in all chain restaurants - unfortunately. We have visited Earl's regularly ( probably twice a month) for a number of years and never had such poor service as we received last night. It was a birthday celebration. The lack of attention from our seating host to our server was woefully inept.
