recently ate at the store in the Port Hope enroute. Food quality was awful! missing ingredients, not fresh, overall not enjoyable. also why the plastic bags? biodegradable or not that's a lot of waste to create. would not recommend eating here!
I ordered a salad, but there was so much dressing it was basically a soup. Upon trying to contact HQ I was dissappointed to find there is no way to contact them. Upon further inspection I discovered this franchise has no Quality Control system set up. I also tried to get the owners contact so i could discuss my issues directly with them, and my request was refused by the employee. I ordered an extreme chicken ceaser salad and they gave me a pita and then when I told them they literally gave me a small salad. Like why am I paying 11$ for this @oxmoor mall in Louisville Kentucky.
